共同研究には、さまざまなかたちがあります。

分野を越えるだけでなく、視点や手法、立場の違いが、新たな研究の広がりにつながることも少なくありません。

本イベントでは、中堅研究者による講演と対話を通じて、

共同研究がどのように始まり、研究の幅をどう広げてきたのかを共有します。

後半のネットワーキングでは、参加者同士の対話を通じて、次の研究につながるヒントを探ります。

「共同研究に関心がある」「研究の展開のきっかけがほしい」

そんな方のご参加をお待ちしています。

　本セッションでは、共同研究が始まる“転機”や経験を共有し、参加者自身が次の一手を考えるきっかけを得ることを目的とする。またグループ議論では研究者同士が自身の課題や関心を持ち寄り、今後の連携に向けた小さな種や出会いを生み出す場とする。

Researcher Networking Event: Sparking and Accelerating the Creation of Knowledge in Tsukuba From Fundamental Research to Large-Scale Projects (March 23, 2026)

Looking for ideas to broaden your research through collaboration?

Collaborative research can take many different forms.

It is not only about crossing disciplinary boundaries—differences in perspectives, methods, and roles can also open up new possibilities and expand the scope of research.

In this event, mid-career researchers will share their experiences through short talks and discussions, highlighting how collaborative projects begin and how they can lead to new research directions.

In the second half, the networking session will provide an opportunity for participants to engage in dialogue, exchange ideas, and discover hints for future research development.

If you are interested in collaborative research or looking for a spark to advance your work, we warmly welcome your participation.

    Theme: The Beginning of Collaborative Research — Researchers Share Their Turning Points
    Objective
    This session aims to share the “turning points” and experiences that lead to the start of collaborative research, providing participants with inspiration for their next steps. In the group discussions, researchers will bring their own challenges and interests, creating opportunities for small seeds of future collaboration and new connections.
    Speakers:
    The three panelists listed above + two additional contributors.
  • Group Discussion 16:15–17:00
    Groups of 5–6 participants
    Optional: one-slide PPT submitted in advance
    Participants will discuss what they felt or noticed from the panel discussion, or talk about the research environment and support they need.
