HOW WE ACCEPT VISITING FOREIGN RESEARCH FELLOWS 外国人受託研究員の受入れについて

To promote international research collaboration, University of Tsukuba accepts overseas researchers as “visiting foreign research fellows.” If overseas researchers wish to do research at University of Tsukuba, please contact with host researchers in University of Tsukuba. Then host researchers apply to the affiliated academic service office.

学術研究における国際交流を推進するために研究活動を行う外国人の研究者について筑波大学では外国人受託研究員として受け入れます。筑波大学で研究を希望される外国人研究者の方は本学の受入研究者へ連絡してください。受入研究者から所属の支援室に申請します。

 To find faculty and researchers’ information, you can search through the Tsukuba Researchers Information Online System(TRIOS). You can search by name, research field and affiliation.

　筑波大学での研究を希望する外国人研究者の方は「筑波大学研究者情報システム（TRIOS）」により、教員の氏名や研究分野の一覧を検索することができます。

JSPS INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIPS FOR RESEARCH IN JAPAN 日本学術振興会の外国人研究者招へい事業について

The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) carries out programs that provide overseas researchers who have an excellent record of research achievements with an opportunity to conduct collaborative research, discussions, and opinion exchanges with researchers in Japan. These programs are intended to help advance the overseas researchers’ research activities while promoting science and internationalization in Japan.

独立行政法人日本学術振興会（Japan Society for the Promotion of Science：JSPS ）は、諸外国の優秀な研究者を招へいし、我が国の研究者との共同研究、討議、意見交換等を行う機会を提供することにより、外国人研究者の研究の進展を支援すると同時に、外国人研究者との研究協力関係を通じて、我が国の学術研究の推進及び国際化の進展を図ることを目的とした事業を実施します。

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR PROGRAM  申請について　

Applications must be submitted to JSPS by a host researcher via the head of University of Tsukuba. Overseas researchers wishing to participate in the program are advised to establish contact with a host researcher in their field and to ask him/her to submit an application. Please contact each other well in advance of the application deadline of University of Tsukuba. 

Please refer to Instructions for the application forms and selection processes in each program page in addition to Application Guideline for FY2021.

申請は受入研究者より筑波大学を通じて日本学術振興会に申請します。本プログラムに申請を希望する外国人研究者の方は受入研究者と連絡を密にし申請書を提出するよう依頼してください。筑波大学の学内締切に間に合うよう余裕をもって連絡を取るようにしてください。

申請書作成の際は、日本学術振興会の募集要項のほか、各種別の「申請書作成・記入要領」を必ず参照してください。

Each academic service office of a host researcher has its own deadline that precedes the following deadline by University of Tsukuba.

If you want to apply for this program, please make sure of the deadline designated by each academic service office via a host researcher at University of Tsukuba.
