【終了しました】9/25-29: 分野横断　匿名研究者マッチングイベント – 私の研究はこんな感じですResearcher Blind Date Project - Meet your potential collaborator!

本イベントは終了しました。

 3 日間の合計での来場者は 192 名、研究者の紹介率は47％でした。

事後アンケートでも「次回は参加したい」というコメントが多く、開催を続けることで、より多くの研究者の分野横断を支援できる可能性があると感じています。

URA研究戦略推進室では、TGSW2017において、参加者間の共同研究を促進するために、本企画に賛同した研究者が、各自の研究上の得意なことや悩みを「3つの設問」形式でポスター掲示し、閲覧者が研究上の協力提案や解決策提案をコメントする（post-it)匿名型の分野横断促進の企画を実施します。

※ポスター掲示は事務局が行います。参加登録者が終日会場にいる必要はありません。

 

3つの設問

  1. 私の研究はこんな感じです
    -他分野の研究者でも分かるようご自分の研究について簡単に説明してください
  2. こんなコラボレーションができたら嬉しい
    -こんなコラボレーションができたら嬉しいという目標や希望、困っていること等を教えてください
  3. 私、こんなことができます
    -提供可能なスキル、ノウハウについて教えてください

 

参加方法：

  1. ページ下部にある登録サイトにアクセスし、サイト上で「3つの設問」に答える（日/英 可）
    回答期限：9月21日（木）　（先着　80名）
  2. 事務局から3桁の「登録番号」を受け取る（「登録番号」は会場内での掲示やコメント記入等に使用します）
  3. （イベント当日）コメントをつうじ、共同研究者と出会う

        ※終日会場にいる必要はありません。隙間時間に会場（つくば国際会議場404）にお立ち寄りください。

 

イベント当日は、登録者全員分の「3つの設問」の答えがポスター形式で掲示してあります。会場では、ポストイットをお渡ししていますので、掲示してあるポスターに対しポストイットでコメントを付したり、ご自身のポスターへのコメントを見ることが出来ます。もちろん、会場にお越しいただいた登録者以外の方も、コメントが可能です。

また、事務局に申し出ていただければ、ポスター回答者もしくはコメント者との出会いを、双方の希望に基づき事務局が仲介します。みなさまふるってご参加ください。

Researcher Blind Date Project - Meet your potential collaborator!

To promote collaborative researches between TGSW visitors, Research Administrators at University of Tsukuba organize a poster exhibition in which presenters anonymously post their own research skills, research topics, and/or hurdles to overcome in a three questions format. 

 

Three questions format

Q1. Please describe your research topics. 

Q2. Please describe your research goals, aims, hurdles, etc.

Q3. Please describe your unique know-how and skills that you can provide for other researchers

 

How-to Join

  1. Please register from link below and answer three-questions by 21th Sep. 2017.  Limited to 80 people on first-come-first-served basis.
  2. Research Administration office will send an e-mail which includes “Registration Number” after registering.  “Registration Number” will be used for your poster and comments during this project.
  3. At TGSW 2017, please visit the Conference Room 404 and post comments to meet potential collaborators.

※Your answers of “three-questions” will be posted by the organizer. You do not have to stay in the Conference Room 404 all day. Please drop in at Tsukuba International Conference Hall 404 at the clearance time.

On the day of TGSW2017, the answers of “three-questions” from all participants will be posted at the Conference Room 404.  If you visit our venue, we will give you Post-it and you can post comments on other participants’ “three-questions” and you can reply comments from other participants’ comments on your “three-questions.”  Those comments will be posted anonymously throughout three days of TGSW 2017.  When both a presenter and a commentator agreed on identifying themselves, an organizer will mediate them for a possible future collaboration.
