Based on my sports science background, I became a project member of developing the concept in the University of Tsukuba's Arena Initiative.
Unfortunately, the project did not come true, but I thought if the Arena concept had become true, it might lead to the change of sports sciences with mixtures of a virtual world, which would explore a new academic discipline. Throughout this project, I enjoyed building the Arena concept and proposing future research and the academic discipline in sports-related fields.
This experience also reminded me of the significance of updating scientific knowledge, proposing and conducting new research as even one of the research administrators.

I will share my story here. When I have researched a future trend keyword in a specific social science field, a researcher has asked me to consult with developing a research proposal using the same keyword by chance. Talking with her, I have noticed that she had some ideas and concepts of research about the keyword, but she did not know how she could implement her research ideas and concepts. Therefore, I have introduced her to a new research method utilizing in previous studies regarding the keyword. I have also suggested adding it to her proposal as well. After that, I have heard that she had adopted her proposal. I was happy about that, and I feel blessed to be a research administrator.
What are your future goals and prospects?
