What kind of career have you passed through so far?

Sharing good and bad times with researchers
I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for many years, first as a biochemical researcher, then as a program research coordinator, and then I have worked for the program management in the promotion of drug discovery to development. I have promoted the programs through thick and thin with researchers.

What are important things/values/significance/ in your work?

Listening, respecting, and making a correction
Listen to the researchers and align the vectors of all those involved in the research program. As long as this is done, respect each individual's skill in the process and aim for the goal.

What are your future goals and prospects?

Changing dreams into reality
In Translational Research Program, I would like to cooperate with related researchers and staff and promote the research results and clinical development for practical use. As a result, we will accelerate the creation of innovative medicines, medical devices, and regenerative medicine products, and contribute to the health and well-being of the public.
